1. How do I place an order?

Simply select the desired products and add them to your cart. Proceed to the checkout, provide your shipping details and finalise your purchase by making a secure payment.

2. What payment options do you accept?

We offer a range of payment options: Credit and Cheque card, Samsung Pay, Instant EFT, Capitec Pay, SnapScan, Zapper, Bank QR Code Apps and Scan to Pay. 

3. How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential shipping disruptions.

4. Can I track my order?

You should receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. This will allow you to track the progress of your order and know when to expect its delivery.  

5. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dacious Beauty. If you're not entirely satisfied, you can submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your item. 

6. How do I get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

7. What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address?

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, it will be cancelled and refunded according to our Refund Policy. Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information to avoid any delivery issues.

8. Can I buy a gift card and have it delivered on a future date?

Certainly! Simply select the E-Gift Cards option from the main menu or use the search option to find it. Once opened, select the desired gift card amount and tick the box option next to "I want to send this as a gift". A form will appear and allow you to personalise the gift card, including writing a message. Fill in the necessary details on the form and ensure you select the correct date. Then proceed to checkout and let us do the rest. We will deliver it on the selected date.
